PURPOSE:To reduce the inserting force when a coil end is inserted by temporarily stopping the insertion of the coil in the course of inserting the coil of 3rd layer, moving a wedge guide and isolating the guide from the coil end of the 3rd layer. CONSTITUTION:A wedge 24 is mounted between weage guides 20. Then, the coil 13C of 3rd layer is placed on a coil placing jig, a blade is contacted with the guides 20 of a coil inserting unit, and the coil 13C of 3rd layer is transferred. The insertion the coil is temporarily stopped in the course of inserting the coil of the 3rd layer, the guide 20 is moved, and the guide 20 is isolated from the coil end 13C of the 3rd layer to be contacted with the inserted coil end at one end of a core 10, thereby increasing the interval between the coil ends 13A, 13B of the inserted 1st and 2nd layers and the guide 20. |
