A microscope fitted with a number of cameras which has the following features: a storage unit which is capable of storing photographic data for said camera, a read/write unit which is capable of reading the photographic data for a selected camera from said storage unit, and a display device which is capable of reproducing the read-out photographic data, thereby eliminating complication of setting the photographic data each time a camera is selected for photographing. The photographic data for each of the cameras can be input provisionally into the storage unit by the read/write unit, and the photographic data can be modified in accordance with the particular requirements.
