PURPOSE:To enable to enhance the accuracy of the coaxial degree and to accelerate the punching speed by punching the outer diameters of rotor iron plates except several remaining parts in the same station as axial holes. CONSTITUTION:A slot 25 is punched at a strip 24 which reaches an axial hole punching outer diameter semi-punching station. An upper die 1 is moved down and the strip 24 is pressed by an outer diameter semi-punching and axial hole die, an axial hole 26 is punched by an axial hole punch 6, and the outer diameter is punched except notches for remaining parts. Rotor iron plates 27 are integrated with the strip 24 by the remaining parts 28. The rotor iron plate 27 which has reached a laminating station with a skew is pressed by a punch 20, caulked by a caulking cut and erected projection 31, thereby forming a laminated core. |
