PURPOSE:To make a speed increasable as much speedier as about two times than that at a beeline, in time of turning, by setting a sun gear shaft and a first planet gear down to an input part and an output part respectively, while making a first internal gear rotatable together with a carrier for a second planet gear as one body, and restricting rotation of the second internal gear. CONSTITUTION:An output shaft 8, or a sun gear shaft of a planetary gear 9 is coupled with a driving shaft 44 via a coupling 43, while the shaft 44 is coupled with a front wheel driving gear. The power transmitted to a gear 7 of a power takeoff device 1 from a gear 6 of a running shaft is connected to a high speed hydraulic clutch 22 by select operation of a solenoid valve 38 in time of turning whereby a low speed hydraulic clutch 29 is disconnected. With this constitution, the gear 7 freely comes to relative rotation with an output shaft 8, and rotation of a second internal gear 15 is restricted and comes to a stop, while a planetary gear 9 functions instead so that the output shaft 8 is increased in it speed as much speedier as about two times than that at a beeline, in time of turning.
