PURPOSE:To attain efficient data processing by forming toggle constitution for an input data line buffer and an output data line buffer to omit the storage of data when the data for one line's share is all white or all black. CONSTITUTION:A picture storage system has the input line buffer 12, a parallel serial converter 13 of input data, a dat compressing section 14, a data reproducing section 15, a serial parallel converter 16 of processing data, the output data line buffer 17, an address decoder 19, a control data register 18 and a controller 20 controlling them. When the data for one line's share desired to be compressed is all white or all black, the storage of the compressed data is omitted by a data compressor 14. Further, the number of data after compression is more than the number of data before compression and when an error occurs at the compression, the data before compression is stored. |
