In an electrical apparatus (2) which is mounted on a low-voltage busbar and has a housing (3) which is connected, under pressure, to conductive regions of the busbar (1), by means of electrical contacts (6) which are arranged on a surface, secure contact-making and, to a large extent, freedom of design of the housing are achieved in that the busbar consists of two rod-shaped conductors (1) of metal which can be magnetised, and in that the housing (3) has a magnet (8) towards the surface (5) having the contacts (6) (Figure 1). <IMAGE>
