Universally applicable muscle warm-up and training bar for the simultaneous enhancement of concentration and coordination. It permits build-up and maintenance of physical fitness and the enhancement of coordination and concentration by permitting continuous movement sequences via its flexible centre (specially formed plastic or rubber part) which offers suitable training possiblities for beginners as well as for advanced users. In addition, the training bar permits selective training of the various muscle parts. Various accessories, e.g. elastic bands with stirrup-like foot loops or a skipping-rope like pendulum permit a large variety of additional training possibilities of the various muscle parts.
