PURPOSE:To avoid loosening by a method wherein a superconductive coil is formed while being applied a prestress equivalent to the electromagnetic force to the radial direction and the axial direction of the coil and hardened by resin. CONSTITUTION:A superconductor 21 is wound in a coil shape on a protective cylinder 14 put on the circumference of a cylinder 13 made of elastic material and a cylindrical spacer 22 one side of which is a slope is pressed against the end surface of the winding start and the winding end of the coil. A covering cylinder 23 is put on the coil and epoxy resin or the like is poured from a resin inlet 23a. Then pressurized oil is injected from oil inlets 11a, 19a so that the radial direction force equivalent to the electromagnetic force and the axial direction force equivalent to the electromagnetic force are applied to the coil through the cylinder 13 and through a movable cylinder 16 and the spacer 22 respectively. Under this condition, the resin is heated and cured. With this constitution, loosening of the superconductor caused by the electromagnetic force produced by the coil excitation during operation is avoided and the safety and the reliability are improved. |
