Medicament and vaccine against helminth parasitization derived from an ecdysteroid compound.

The medicament consists of anti-ecdysone immunoglobulins or anti- ecdysone fragments thereof obtained from an ecdysteroid-macromolecule conjugate, and the vaccine is such a conjugate in which the macromolecule is a protein, the said ecdysteroid being any compound analogous to ecdysone inducing the formation of antibodies recognising ecdysone.
