PURPOSE:To obtain an assured and reliable operation with a simple constitution for a Josephson shift register circuit by shifting the input signal synchronously with a power supply signal. CONSTITUTION:Input signals IS-IS1 are sampled by a latch circuit n<1>1 in the timing of the rise time point of a power supply E1. The output signal IOUT1 is held for the duration of the 1st phase power supply signal IE1 and synchronizes with the signal IE1. The output of the 1st phase drive latch circuit n1<1> of the first stage flows into the 2nd phase drive latch circuit n2<2> of the second stage via a load resistance RL2. Then both power supply pulse waveforms are overlapped each other for a certain period of time between power supply currents IE1 and IE2. Therefore the logic of the previous stage output IOUT1 is latched at the rise time point of the 2nd phase power supply IE2. Thus an output IOUT2 synchronized with the IE2 is obtained. |
