PURPOSE:To eliminate the inconvenience for channel selection when the sound signal is recorded on a tape from a record by first performing the tape recording with only a part of each music of the record used as an index and then recording each music of the record from the head to the end. CONSTITUTION:A cassette tape recorder part 12 contains a cassette mechaism controller 8 to receive the REC/PAUSE signal from an arm mechanism controller 4. The output of the controller 8 is transmitted to a cassette tape 10 via a cassette mechanism 9. A sound recording circuit 11 receives the output from an equalizer 7, and this output is supplied to the tape 10. When the tape recording is started from the record, the first music is selected by a music selection sensor 2 and the controller 4. At the same time, an REC instruction is given to the controller 8 from the controller 4. Thus the tape 10 is set in a record mode. |
