PURPOSE:To obtain readily a rubber screen excellent in durability, etc., by arranging top force and a bottom force such that they can pinch prescribed sections of a screen body of polyurethanes or the like, and casting a polyurethane to mold hook sections reinforcing sections, etc. CONSTITUTION:Unit screens 6 are molded using a liquid polymer of a polyurethane or the like, and the connecting sectios of the unit screens 6, 6 are placed in a continuous mold comprising the top force 28 and the bottom force 29. Then the liquid polymer of a polyurethane or the like is cast in mold to mold reinforcing sections 11, 12 and to connect the unit screens 6, 6 thereby producing a screen body 7. The sections where hood sections 10 are to be molded are placed on a bottom force 41, a planar top force 42 is placed thereon, and then top force 43 having a prescribed shape is placed, and after a liquid polymer is cast, the hook sections 10 are molded by moving the top force 43 to the position shown by dot-and-dash line to obtain the intended rubber screen 2. |
