PURPOSE:To stick satisfactorily and tightly a Cu alloy and a cast iron and to produce a product with less deformation by melt spraying an alloy contg. P or B on the Cu alloy and inserting the same into a casting mold then charging a molten cast iron into the mold to melt stick the cast iron to said alloy. CONSTITUTION:A Cu alloy 2 on which an alloy contg. P or B is thinly melt sprayed is inserted into a casting mold 1 and a molten cast iron 3 is then charged therein to melt stick the Cu alloy and the cast iron. Then, both can be easily melt stuck and such a product as a Cu alloy bearing which is hardly deformable even when the product is subjected to excess stress is obtd. |
