PURPOSE:To prevent end surfaces from being broken, cracked or having any other damage, by attaching an FRP frame body that has been molded and hardened in conformity with the configuration of the end surfaces of a cut opening section to the end surfaces by gluing. CONSTITUTION:A previously formed top plate main body 1 of a resin having a filler is formed with a cut opening section 3, the end surfaces 3a of the cut opening section 3 are worked by a sander, and the frame body 4 is fitted in the cut opening section 3, and is united to the end surfaces 3a integrally by applying an adhesive to all of the end surfaces. The insufficient strength of the top plate main body 1 due to the formation of the cut opening section 3 can be compensated by the reinforcement by the frame body 4 of an FRP integrated with the end surfaces, so that the end surfaces 3a can be prevented from having cracks, damage, etc. at the corners.
