PURPOSE:To harden partially a cushioning material without using an insert material, by injecting an unfoamed raw liquid into a force, allowing the liquid to foam, and then injecting a hardening agent into a required position. CONSTITUTION:An unfoamed raw liquid 11 is injected into a space 10 defined by top force 8 and a bottom force 9 wherein a cushioning body or material for a seat cushion section can be foamed and molded. Then the forces are heated to allow the liquid to foam thereby molding a cushioning material 12 for a seat cushion section. The cushioning material 12 is taken out, hardening agents are introduced separate containers 14, 15 and are mixed through pipes 16, 17 at their ends, and the liquid mixture is injected via a needle 18 into parts 13, 13 where hardening is required. Thus the parts 13, 13 are hardened more than the other parts. |
