PURPOSE:To enable AFC (automatic frequency control) while keeping a continuous load change limit in responce to each shaft state by providing a function for distributing an AFC signal to each shaft of a composite cycle plant system. CONSTITUTION:In a captioned device wherein either of a load target value (a) outputted from a central power supply control house 18 or a house mode load target value (b) by a load setter 20 is selected by means of a changeover unit 19, a load instruction reference value (c) is obtained via a load change rate limiter 21, and this is added 22 to an AFC signal (d) to provide a load instruction value (e), the AFC signal (d) is corrected corresponding to the number of shafts during overall load control in a correction means (multiplier) 30. And, this corrected AFC signal d' is inputted to adders 331-33n located behind load change rate limiters 321-32n provided for each shaft via changeover units 311- 31n with respect to any shaft under the control of the overall load control device, and added to each shaft load instruction values K1-Kn. |
