摘要 <p>Each zone is electrically heated and thermostatically controlled. The zones are stacked vertically within a common enclosure and a conveyor path carries baking trays sequentially through the zones in a series of horizontal runs. - The upstream zone is at the bottom of the stack and is separated from the second zone by a thermally insulating baffle.
