PURPOSE:To contrive the saving of electric power and the suppression of generating and accumulating of tar, and obtain smooth combustion by a method wherein the energizing time for a heating heater is limited within only an igniting time by the heating of whole vaporizing cylinder due to the utilizing of combustion heat generated by the combustion. CONSTITUTION:A large part of a combustion gas generated in a combustion space 16 is flowed to outside from a blow-off hole 19 affected by a masking shield 21 and the like through a flowing space 20 located at the lower part of a vaporizing cylinder 1. Thereby, a bottom surface 6 of the vaporizing cylinder 1 is contacted with the combustion gas in the same manner as the side surface thereof and the large part of the combustion gas is flowed along the vicinity of the vaporlizing cylinder 1, accordingly, the feedback of the combustion heat for the vaporizing cylinder 1 is performed sufficiently. Further, the feedback is performed almost uniformly throughout the whole vaporizing cylinder 1. Therefore, the energizing of a heating heater 2 becomes unnecessarily during normal combustion and the saving of electric power can be contrived. The generation and accumulation of tar can be prevented due to the uniform heating throughout the whole vaporizing cylinder by the combustion gas.
