摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to cause the state of refrigerant at the outlet of a heat collector to be in a dual phase range constantly by reducing the refrigerant filling amount at the time of start-up and increasing the refrigerant filling amount when the load temperature has risen. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerant as a heat collecting medium is delivered into a heat collector 2 which collects the solar heat by a refrigerant pump 3, while the refrigerant heated by the collected heat in the heat collector 2 releases its output in a heat exchager 4. One end of a three way valve 8 which switches the flow of the refrigerant is connected to a refrigerant intake pipe 9, and a refrigerant return pipe 6 which is branched from inbetween of the valve 8 and the heat exchanger 4 and the refrigerant intake pipe 9 are housed in a refrigerant container 5. Further, an electrically powered valve 7 is provided in the refrigerant return pipe 6, a thermistor 10 to detect a load temperature such as hot water supply, and a liquid level switch 11 having a high- and low-level detection capability is installed in the container 5. A control circuit section sends out a switching and an open-close signals to the valves 7, 8 in accordance with a detected temperature by the thermistor 10, a detected liquid level by the switch 11 and operating conditions.
