PURPOSE:To provide a burner of low NOx for fine coal capable of reducing a volume of generated NOx by a method wherein NOx generated from nitrogen in a char can also be reduced. CONSTITUTION:A circular ejector 13 is arranged in a secondary air nozzle 12, holes 14 arranged at a wall surface of a nozzle 11 for mixed fluid of primary air and fine coal are communicated with holes 16 arranged at an ejector throat 15 through a pipe 17. Both primary air fed from the coal crushing machine and fluid having fine coal mixed therein are injected from a nozzle 11 for mixed fluid of fine coal together with the primary air. In turn, a secondary air 19 passes through the circular ejector 13 and is injected from a secondary air nozzle 12. A primary flame is formed by fine coals injected from the fine coal mixed fluid nozzle 11 together with the primary air, and a secondary flame is formed by fine coal injected from a secondary air nozzle. Thus, it is possible to reduce NOx generated in the secondary flame by reducing substance found in the primary flame.
