PURPOSE:To accelerate clotting and to enable quick, simple and precise measurement in the stage of measuring a slight material such as an antigen, antibody or the like by an immonological clotting reaction by impressing a pulse electric field on the reaction system. CONSTITUTION:A measurement of an immunologically reactive material in a living bodily fluid (serum, urine, etc.) such as an antigen, antibody, bacteria, protozoa, fungus, hormone, enzyme, antibody contg. an autoantibody, drug, antibody to microorganisms, etc. by an immunological clotting reaction is accomplished by placing oppositely electrodes 2, 3 on a slide glass 1, dropping a mixture composed of a specimen and a reactive reagent (an antibody for the antigen in the specimen or antigen for the antibody in the specimen) for said specimen between electrodes, placing a cover glass 5 thereon and impressng a pulse electric field thereto. The pulse impression is stopped after >=5min and about <=20min and the clotting condition is observed. Otherwise, electrodes 7, 8 are provided in a cuvette 6 having about 300mm.<3> inside volume, and the specimen and reagent are injected and mixed therein, then the pulse is impressed thereto from a pulse generator 9. One drop of the content is taken after a specified time, and a microscopic photograph is taken, then the clotting rate is observed. |
