PURPOSE:To obtain a filter having no uneveness in thickness of laminated layers by bonding a filter block consisting of several tens laminated filter single plates whose top and bottom are blocked and having comparatively thin pores in such a way that the whole is of the same thickness. CONSTITUTION:Many single plates 3 made of a synthetic resin and having pores which are constituted by connecting two flat plates at fixed intervals in a latticed state with many vertical ribs are laminated to form a filter block 4 in such a way that respective vertical ribs of the upper and the lower plates intersecs at right angles. The corners of the whole filter block 4 are bonded by melting, connecting and solidifying in the vertical direction to form in one body in such a way that the corners of said block 4 are chamfered. When the filter block is fitted to a frame body, the chamfered and bonded parts are hidden in the frame body and cannot be seen from the outside, so said block 4 is beautiful. The bonding operation is simple and has an effect capable of manufacturing without uneveness in uniform thickness. |
