PACKING AND MIXING APPARATUS OF POWDER

PURPOSE:To improve uniformity of powder by packing a container with powder from a powder supplying part through a screw feeder and a powder-supplying automatic valve capable of controlling opening and closing by a moisture meter, holding and rotating the container by a rotating and mixing apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A powder-supplying automatic valve 18 is connected to the outlet of a screw feeder 13 and a moisture meter 20 by which a valve 18 is opened when the water content of powder is less than the prescribed value and it is shut when the water content is over the value is attached to the feeder 13. A double-cone type powder container 26 is connected attachably and detachably to the valve 18 and a weighing machine 21 by which the container 26 mounted on the machine and the powder packed in the container 26 are weighed is arranged at the lower part of the valve 18. Furthermore, a rotating and mixing apparatus is equipped, by which the middle of the drum of the container packed with powder and detached from the valve 18 is held and the container 26 is rotated. In this manner, the workability and uniformity of powder are remarkably improved.
