PURPOSE:To mechanically and automatically pack reinforcement material into the surrounding space of the body of a knotted pile by providing a packing guide casing to send a reinforcement material charged from a supply hopper to the surrounding space of the knotted pile to the lower part of the hammer of a leader. CONSTITUTION:A knotted pile (a) is driven into the ground by the falling impaction of a hammer 30, and the gate 8 of the charging port 6 of a supply hopper 5 is opened and a reinforcement material (b) is charged from the charging port 6 into a packing guide casing 9 surrounding the knotted pile (a) as a space (c) is formed in the surrounding of a body (a2) of a smaller diameter than the knotted portion (a1) by the penetration of the knotted portion (a1) of the knotted pile (a). The reinforcement material (b) is packed into the surrounding space of the pile by the packing guide casing 9, compacted by the downward movement of the knotted portion (a1) of the pile being penetrated, and automatically packed into the surrounding space (c) of the body (a2) of the pile (a). |
