PURPOSE:To obtain an emulsion having fine particle diameters and good stability by dissolving pantothenic acid, its salts or pantothenylethyl ether in polyol, and adding oil thereto. CONSTITUTION:One or >=2 kinds selected among a group consisting of pantothenic acid, its salts and pantothenylethyl ether; watersoluble polyols having >=2 hydroxyl groups in a molecule (e.g. ethyleneglycol) and oil are incorporated to obtain an emulsified composition. Furthermore, by adding water to said composition, a stable oil in water type emulsified composition having uniform, fine emulsion particles is obtd. Since the above-described composition is a uniform, clear or translucent gel or viscous liquid, it can be used for jellies for food, cosmetics and drugs. The oil in water type emulsified composition is also an emulsion having milky fine particles, and used for cosmetics, drugs and foods. |
