The modular pieces are fabricated and mounted into parallelepipedal shapes that are used for wooden building construction. Each piece is assembled and immobilised with the adjacent pieces to form walls with horizontal and vertical seats for floors or roofs. Wall units comprised of tongued and grooved wood, with different profiles for the exterior and interior, are nailed and glued to a frame that has transvese beams (3,4), risers (5,6) and interior bracing. Thermal insulation is placed inside the unit, and there are ventilation holes (11) in the beams, risers and braces.
