<p>The invention relates to a two-part clutch release bearing, conventionally comprising an actuating element 2 and a manoeuvring element 4. According to the invention, the manoeuvring element consists of an internal sleeve 20 and an external sleeve 21 adapted to interlock axially, at least partially. At least one lock 38 is arranged in the internal sleeve so as to move therein radially between a retracted configuration in which it only projects towards the axis and a locking configuration in which it only projects into the external sleeve, in which configuration it is automatically pushed then held when the interlocked sleeves are engaged for sliding on a guide tube 7.
