PURPOSE:To enable to vary a rotating speed widely without difficulty by controlling the rotating speed of a motor with a pulse of a generator by dividing it into a high speed controller and a low speed controller. CONSTITUTION:A high speed controller 10 has the first variable resistor 13, the first pulse generator 14 which outputs a pulse linearly varying in the oscillating frequency by the operation of the resistor 13, and the first comparator 15 which outputs an operation command signal by comparing the input voltage level with a reference level by the operation of the resistor 13. A low speed controller 11 has the second variable resistor 16, the second pulse generator 17 which outputs a pulse of the constant frequency of the sufficiently low frequency when the input voltage level by the operation of the resistor 16 reaches the prescribed operation level, and the second comparator 18. |
