PURPOSE:To prevent information from being stolen by constituting an information processing system in which accessing from a terminal device is not unconditionally permitted in the information processing system. CONSTITUTION:When the information stored in an information processing device 1 is accessed from a terminal device 6, the information protecting device 7 of the information processing system decodes a cipher/symbol transmitted from the terminal device 6 and when it is the registered cipher/symbol, the terminal device 6 is connected to the information processor 1. When there is an access from the terminal device 6 by the user other than the registered cipher/symbol, the transmitted cipher/symbol is outputted for the purpose of warning. Then, an optional accessing to the information stored in the information processor is prevented in this way. |
