CONSTITUTION:When a paper money storage box 16 is to act as a paper money accumulation chamber, paper money pinched between belts 37, 39 is conveyed into the box by rotating a pulley 23. At that time, a push plate 50 urged by a spring 44 is appropriately pressed on the belt 37 so that the paper money halted by a stopper 19 is stacked in the box 16.
