PURPOSE:To prepare green tea capable of eluting an active ingredient having high nutritive value, by attaching rice cake cubes and/or green tea ingredient to the surface of a binding matter containing vitamin and ground green tea in a mixed state or in a laminar state, adding it to green tea containing unpolished rice or common green tea. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a binding matter containing one or more vitamins and ground green tea in a mixed state or in a laminar state is coated with rice cake cubes and/or green tea ingredient (e.g., leaves or stalks of tea), and the binding matter and ground green tea are added to tea containing unpolished rice or common green tea. Generally a basic constitution consists of a ratio of 100g rice cake cubes, 10-50g ground green tea, 10-50g binding matter containing one or several vitamins, and they are blended. When it is used for drinking, the active ingredient having high nutritive value can be eluted. |
