PURPOSE:To ease processing of a sliding surface in flat state so as to enable smooth conveyance to be carried out by laying a sliding material on a sliding surface, forming on the sliding surface a paint film with concave parts on its surface in case of sliding conveyance of heavy goods on the sliding material, and reserving lubricant in said concave parts. CONSTITUTION:Ties 13 are laid on a conveyance route and the plural number of runways 12 serving as a road surface, are laid on said ties, and sliding members 11 made of synthetic resin material are provided on the runways 12. Then heavy goods 10 are placed on the sliding members and made conveyable through sliding by means of outside power. In this case, a paint film 12b is formed on a sliding surface 12a of the runway 12 by applying such paint as resistant to compressibility thereon. At this time, concave parts 12c due to dispersion of the size of particles of the paint are continuously formed on the surface of the paint film 12b by applying the abovementioned paint through spraying. Thus, excellent lubricating action can be attained during conveying heavy goods due to lubricant reserved in the concave parts 12c of the paint film 12b formed on the sliding material 11 and the sliding surface 12a of the runway 12. |
