PURPOSE:To readily manufacture and to enhance the rigidity of a core by forming the core by laminating amorphous magnetic alloy thin strips, impregnating it with resin, thermosetting it, further covering the end face of the core with amorphous magnetic alloy powder, heat treating it, and then polishing it. CONSTITUTION:Many amorphous magnetic alloy thin strips 4 which are cut one by one or bent in multiple stages in different lengths are laminated to form a C-shaped core 2. Then, the core 2 is impregnated with resin, and thermoset. Further, the end face of the core 2 is covered with amorphous magnetic alloy powder 7, heat treated, and then polished. |
