PURPOSE:To limit the peak current of a transistor to a small value by composing four transistor bridge circuits having a reverse conduction diode between the emitter and the collector and two inductor circuits in a collector circuit. CONSTITUTION:Transistors 10, 11, 12 and 13 respectively have reverse conduction diodes 14, 15, 16 and 17 at the emitters and the collectors to form a bridge. Impedance circuits 18, 19 are respectively connected to the collector circuits of the transistors 12, 13. The peak currents when the transistors 12, 13 are shifted from the nonoperation state to the operation state can be limited by the circuits 18, 19. |
