PURPOSE:To enable to select the frequency of an oscillator to integer times of a trigger signal by phase comparing the output of the oscillator with a signal from a frequency divider and an external trigger signal, and providing a PLL circuit for supplying the comparison output to the oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A signal oscillated by an oscillator 2a is shaped in waveform by a waveform shaper 2b, divided in frequency to 1/n by a frequency divider 2c, and supplied to a detector 2d. The detector 2d compares in phase the inputted trigger signal 2h with the signal from the divider 2c, and supplies the phase displaced signal to the oscillator 2a. A PLL circuit is composed of the oscillator 2a, the waveform shaper 2b, the divider 2c, and the detector 2d. |
