PURPOSE:To improve winding work efficiency by providing the second winding position at the back of a pair of receiving rollers in addition to the winding position on the paired receiving rollers to roll a proper amount of a sheet round a winding shaft, and then shifting the sheet to the surface winding position to be rolled up. CONSTITUTION:A sheet S is fed into from above on the left and cut into pieces by a slitter 8 to be moved round the lower side of a receiving roller 1 and rolled round a winding shaft 3 at the first winding position A. Meanwhile, a new winding shaft 3 is delivered to a feed arm 11 from a winding shaft feed plate 10, and the winding shaft 3 is stopped just under the second winding position B. After that, the winding shaft 3 is held at both ends thereof by a clamping portion 5b of a winding shaft parallel moving mechanism 5. When a sheet roll S0 is rolled up at the winding position A, the receiving rollers 1, 1a are stopped to cut the running sheet S, and pasting is applied to the cut end by a pasting device. A pressing roller 2a is lifted up, while the receiving rollers 1 are rotated to adhere a new winding shaft 3 to be pasting portion, and after that, the winding shaft 3 is shifted to the first winding position A. |
