PURPOSE:To obtain a vegetable fermented feed for fish farming having improved digestibility and palatability, by fermenting a vegetable protein material and drying it to give powder, binding the powder and fermented carbohydrate refuse with a binder. CONSTITUTION:A vegetable protein material such as bean, wheat, etc. is fermented and dried to give powder. The powder and a fermented carbohydrate refuse such as Sake lees, Miso (fermented soybean paste) lees, etc. are bound with a binder such as gelatinized starch, agar, the white, etc. Consequently, a vegetable fermented feed for fish farming having improved digestibility and palatability is obtained, and demerits of nourishing of sea, lakes, rivers, etc. caused by the residue and pollution of red water are solved. |
