PURPOSE:To obtain a data less in the change of duty ratio even at long distance transmission by operating logically the outputs of two comparators having threshold voltages equal in absolute value at positive and negative sides of a ground potential to obtain a receiving output. CONSTITUTION:A signal inputted through a pulse transformer 1 is inputted to the comparators CMP8 and 9 together with a bias voltage formed by resistors 3-7. The threshold SH voltage given to the CMP8 is higher than the ground potential by the share of the register 6 and the SH voltage of the CMP9 has equal absolute value as the SH voltage of the CMP8 and is negative more than the ground potential. The output of the CMP8 is inputted to inverters IV 10 and 11, a signal delaying the output of the IV11 by a resistor 12 and a capacitor 13 and the output of the IV10 are inputted to an NOR gate 14, and the output of the gate 14 and the output of the CMP9 are inputted to an OR gate 15, allowing to obtain an output signal having the same duty ratio as that of a transmission signal waveform at the output of the gate 15. |
