PURPOSE:To save the hardware and to simplify the system by receiving lamp control information from a service device side to a terminal once at an exchange side to control lamps of the terminal connected to the exchange. CONSTITUTION:In the exchange 5 provided with a function to control lamps 1 and 3 provided with telephone set terminals 2 and 4, when a service device 9 makes a call to the exchange 5 by using a special number as an interface between the exchange 5 and the service device 9, the exchange 5 receives and decodes the lamp control information transmitted by the service device 9 in succession to the call and controls the lamps 1 and 3. Then, the service device 9 connected to the exchange 5 controls flickering of the lamps 1 and 3 provided with the telephone set terminals 2 and 4. |
