PURPOSE:To enable to improve the characteristic of spectral sensitivity and to take a countermeasure against smearing phenomenon by a method wherein a conventional light shielding film using aluminum of a high relactance is replaced by a light shielding film using chromium of a small reflectance. CONSTITUTION:The light shielding film 10 made of chromium of a small reflectance is provided on an insulation film 8 at the part other than the light receiving part. Thereby, such a problem that the light passing through the insulation film 8 is irregularly reflected between the aluminum forming a one- layer wiring 6 and the aluminum forming the light shielding film, i.e., between the aluminums of mutually large reflectance and thus generates an error signal in the photo diode at another region, or penetrates into the drain 2, as in the conventional constitution, is solved. |
