PURPOSE:To make it possible to freely follow the movement of a moored ship due to, for example, tide, by providing such an arrangement that a rotatable mooring wire engaging part is arranged on the top of a single point ship-mooring device, two hose drum rotary rings having hose rollers are provided to the above-mentioned device just below the top thereof, and a mooring wire and a hose from the moored ship are connected to the device. CONSTITUTION:A ship mooring wire 7 from a tanker 6 is pivotally connected to a platform 5, as a ship mooring device, supported by a column 4 above the sea level, by means of a mooring wire drum ring 15 attached to the outer periphery of the lower surface of the platform 5. The coupling port 30 of a cargo conveying pipe 29 is attached to the top of the column 4 by means of a hose roller 19. Further, doubled rotary rings 22, 23 are provided to the column 4 just below the top of the latter, and hose rollers 20, 21 are attached to these rotary rings 22, 23. A hose 8 from the tanker 6 is connected to the coupling port 30 of the cargo conveying pipe 29 by way of the hose rollers 20, 21 of the rotary rings 22, 23 and the hose roller 19. Thereby the hose may freely follow the movement of the tanker due to, for example, tide.
