PURPOSE:To obtain an electrophotographic plate making material for a lithographic plate good in dimensional stability and superior in printing resistance by coating the surface of paper with a resin layer hardened by irradiation of electron beams to form a support having electric volume resistivity not above a specified value, and forming a photoconductive layer on the resin layer. CONSTITUTION:A support having <=10<10>ohm volume resisting formed by coating the surface of paper with a resin layer hardened by irradiation of electron beams, and a photoconductive layer is formed on the resin layer. As said compd. hardenable by irradiation of electron beams, a compd. having plural C=C groups, such as vinyl or vinylidene groups, is used. A preferable mol.wt. of said compd. is 500-2,000, and an electron conductive substance is incorporated so as to lower the volume resistivity to <=10<10>ohm. As said electron conductive substance, fine particles of the oxide of a metal selected from Zn, Ti, Si, etc., or carbon black is used in an amt. of 5-30wt% of the support. The photoconductive layer consists of a photoconductor and a binder in 3:1-20:1 weight ratio.
