PURPOSE:To make such a long-distance power transmission as ranging from the rear part to the front part of a vehicle body attainable, by supporting a power transmission shaft delivering power to a front transmission shaft with both of a bevel gearbox installed in the vicinity of an engine at the seat rear end and a bearing case of the front PTO shaft through a bearing assembly. CONSTITUTION:An engine 3 is installed in position behind the seat, while its power is transmitted to an input pulley 34 of a bevel gearbox 4 via a pulley 35 and a belt 6. Likewise, this power is transmitted to a front power takeoff shaft 14 inside a bearing case 8 in the front end of a vehicle body from the bevel gearbox 4 through a long power transmission shaft 11. In addition, in front and rear of the bearing case 8, there is provided with adapter plates 8a and 8b tight enough, and each of self-aligning bearings 38 and 39 is secured tight to these adapter plates with a bolt. Each setting bolt of these bearings 38 and 39 is loosened to some extent and then centering for the long power transmission shaft 11 is taken place. |
