PURPOSE:To provide an electronic typewriter capable of repeatedly printing a composite character, constituted so as to repeatedly outputting the code of the composite character from a memory part, in which a code for indicating the composite character is written, by the operation of a repeat-key. When the data inputted to the key buffer 2a in RAM 2 while inputted from a key board 1 is the special mark, said data is transmitted to buffer 2c and, when the general character and mark, transmitted to key buffer 2b. When the data is present in the buffer 2c and the synthesis of said data and the data of the buffer 2b is enabled, the buffer 2b is rewritten to the data of the composite character. When the data of the buffer 2a is repeated, if the data of the buffer 2b is other than the special mark, printing is repeated according to said data. |
