The present invention relates to a method for preparing a product for cooking or seasoning foods, or of a food itself. This method is characterised in that the product or food is sprayed as fine droplets or as fine particles through a stream of smoke, in one or more passes, and the condensed product, which therefore acquires a smoky taste, is collected. |
