PURPOSE:To obtain a small type and high performance core and an L parts having magnetically superior performance by a method wherein after an amorphous magnetic material specified with largeness of magneto-striction and hardness is wound round or laminated to construct a magnetic path, molding is performed using organic insulating resin. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous magnetic material is used, whose largeness of saturated magnetostriction lambdas is a small value in the range of -1.2X10<-6=lambdas<= +1.2X10<-6>, mechanical hardness is 320 or more by Hv, and desirably to have the value of 390 or more. The shrinkage factor of organic insulating resin at hardening time is 0.05% or more. For example, an amorphous material of a Co group, whose largeness of magnetostriction is lambdas 0.5X10<-6>, Hv is 420, and thickness is about 20mum, is wound round at about 12mm. diameter, and after magnetic sintering is performed, when resin molding is performed according to the fluid bed powder coating method using organic insulating resin having the hardening shrinkage factor of about 0.5%, the effective core sectional area can be risen by about 50% as compared with the usual method. |
