PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform applied film by making it possible to move forward and backward and incline squeegees arranged on both sides of a screen print plate and inverting the vertical position of the screen print plate in the applying process to apply an emulsion to a screen material repeatedly in opposite directions with a uniform applying pressure. CONSTITUTION:Squeegees 35A and 35B storing an emulsion D are moved forward on a screen print plate S set to a turntable 20, and the emulsion D which is flowed out by inclining and raising them in the front edge of the screen print plate S is painted into meshes of a screen material M. Next, if squeegees 35A and 35B are riased again to apply the emulsion after rotating the turntable 20 to invert the screen print plate S vertically, the emsulion D is painted into recessed parts on the rugged surface of the applied film generated at the first application in the applying process after inversion as shown by (B) to obtain a smooth applied film. The turntable 20 supports the screen print plate S firmly with a clamp 23, and the screen print plate S is stopped and held in the vertically inverted position in the state where it is arranged vertically on a base 10, and therefore, a certain quantity of emulsion D is applied uniformly in the applying process for the rise of squeegees 35A and 35B, and the thickness of the applied film is made uniform. |
