摘要 PURPOSE:To measure and record or display automatically the maximum and minimum of input threshold values of a sense circuit, and uncertain width between them by a voltage dividing circuit whose voltage division ratio is controllable. CONSTITUTION:An input voltage initializing circuit 8 initializes an input voltage to a sense circuit SA to be measured, and sends a control signal to a decoder 6 to perform the initialization of the voltage dividing circuit 2. For example, the input voltage is initialized firstly to the maximum, and (n) pulses are inputted from an input signal source 1; and a counter counts logical outputs H of the sense circuit SA, and a deciding device 4 decides on whether the counted value satisfies threshold value condition or not. When not, a down indication is sent out to an up/down counter 5, which performs said operation repeatedly to obtain a threshold value. Then, the input voltage is set to the minimum, and when the counted value does not satisfy the threshold value condition, an up indication is sent out to find automatically the upper-limit and lower-limit threshold values.
