PURPOSE:To store the reserved data of lodging or the like in spite of small capacity by forming a memory having respective storage areas corresponding to the number of days from the current date and shifting the contents of respective storage areas at the updating of the current data in accordance with the number of updated days. CONSTITUTION:Input data in a key input part 1 are inputted to a CPU2. A clock circuit 3, a reservation memory 4, a total memory 5, a display part 6, and a printing part 7 are connected to the CPU2. The memory 4 is constituted by areas R(1)-R(999) storing room Nos., sales data in each room, etc. and areas S(1)-S(999) storing data indicating the existence of reservation. The areas S consist of storage areas in which the existence of reservation from that day to the preceding 99th day is set up by flags of ''1'' and ''0''. When the data is changed from the clock circuit 3 the contents of the areas are shifted by one day. Consequently, the reserved date of lodging or the like can be effectively stored in spite of small storage capacity. |
