The detachable connection between an antenna rod and an antenna base is described, the electrical contact between the two parts being ensured by a conical connection, and the mechanical locking being ensured by a latching connection which is proof against theft. A spring element which is arranged between the antenna rod and the antenna base in this case carries out the functions of maintaining the conical connection, producing the force for the latching connection, and sealing the connection against dirt and moisture.
